Growth systems and AI automation

Marketing that keeps working after the meeting ends

Most founder-led companies don't need more tools. They need the tools they already pay for to talk to each other. I build the systems that capture every lead, follow up on time and report the numbers without anyone copying a spreadsheet. Same method as my CMO work: data drives decisions.

What I build

CRM and lead capture

Every form, call and trade show scan lands in one place, tagged by source, so you know which channel actually produced the deal.

Follow-up that runs on time

Nurture emails, reminders and handoffs to sales that fire on rules, not on someone remembering.

AI content and reporting

Draft, review and publish workflows with a human approval step, and a monthly report that builds itself from your CRM and analytics.

Search and AI visibility

Pages, structured data and content built so Google and AI answers can find you and say the right thing about you.

Proof I run it myself

I test every system on my own businesses before I bring it to yours.

  • This site. New insights are drafted every Sunday, published on approval every Tuesday and shared to LinkedIn automatically. The scorecard and budget calculator on this site are tools I built.
  • Defusely. A crisis response platform for Reddit that spots a threat, scores it and drafts the response.
  • Start From Done. A reverse journaling app that plans backward from a finished goal to one action today.
  • Adastra. As Global VP Marketing, we implemented a new CRM and marketing automation and rolled out LinkedIn Sales Navigator to the account teams.
  • River Birch Global Water. Together with the River Birch team, we rebuilt the website and its search presence. It now ranks at an average Google position of 6.6 in Canada.

How an automation project runs

  1. Map

We list every manual step in your marketing and sales, how often it happens and what it costs in hours.

  2. Rank

We automate what pays back fastest first. If it won't pay back in three months, we leave it manual.

  3. Build

I build on the tools you already have where I can, with a human approval step anywhere a customer would see the result.

  4. Measure

Each system reports what it saved and what it produced, so we keep what works and cut what doesn't.

Common questions

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most of the gain comes from connecting what you already pay for. If a new tool earns its place, you'll see the numbers first.

Is this separate from the fractional CMO work?

It can be a standalone project, but it works best inside a CMO engagement, where the strategy decides what gets automated.

Will AI send things to my customers on its own?

No. Anything a customer or prospect sees goes through a person first.
